About Us

Conflicts can be destructive and costly. Conflicts can also be catalysts for progress and growth. Whether a conflict is ultimately negative or positive is often a matter of how the parties involved choose to resolve the matter.  Established in 2017 by Caroline (Huff) San Martin, J.D., The Delta Firm is a leading dispute resolution company in Arkansas. Our comprehensive range of services includes mediation, arbitration, human resources services, and political consulting. We take pride in our commitment to providing exceptional services to our clients and resolving their disputes in a timely and efficient manner.  Whether you need help resolving a one-time dispute (divorce, personal injury, etc.) or navigating complex employment laws, our team of experienced professionals can provide the customized solutions you need. â€‹

Our focus is on empowering clients to resolve disputes outside of the courtroom and to prevent conflicts in the future. As a skilled strategist, Caroline assesses each client’s needs, provides them with resources and options of how to navigate complex issues.  Our team saves clients thousands of dollars and months (if not years) of stressful litigation.
